Nestled in the hillside amidst groves of mango trees, the property provides accommodations offering modern comforts and amenities.

Our 142 rooms are located in 58 spacious Caribbean style Villas and an 8 apartment condo, where our guests enjoy their choice of standard rooms, studios, or 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas. All furnishings were handcrafted with care by local artisans using materials indigenous to Nicaragua.

Guestrooms are equipped with air conditioning, DirecTV television, and feature a private balcony or terrace overlooking the resort’s impeccably landscaped tropical gardens or unparalleled views of the lake.
